Southern Spirit

Strata Editions is an ongoing experimental photography project and store that presents collections of photobooks, photographic prints, and furniture designed in-house. Strata’s focused selections offer stories about the land and materials around us.

Our second collection, Southern Spirit, celebrates the American South, a place of beauty and decay, deliverance and devastation, faith and fossil fuels. These myriad contradictions are on full display in our current collection of contemporary photographs and photobooks.
